Report a missed rubbish or recycling collection

If your rubbish or recycling was not collected, we will return to collect it if you:
 

• presented it correctly and at the right time

• report it no later than two working days after your collection day.
   

You can only report a missed collection after we have completed collections in your area, or after 11.59pm on your scheduled collection day, whichever is sooner.

If you did not present your rubbish and recycling correctly, or your collection day was more than two days ago, please don't report this to us, as we will not be able to return to collect it before your next scheduled collection day.
