Report a housing repair

Social housing in Freshwater is provided by housing associations, and Freshwater Council does not own any council housing.

If you need a repair, you should contact your landlord or housing association directly. They are responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in your home.

You can usually report repairs by phone, email, or through your landlord’s online portal. Your tenancy agreement or landlord’s website will give you the correct contact details and information about how quickly repairs should be carried out.​
